Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to this website and any purchase of physical hardware from LuckyMiner Technology Ltd. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Risk Disclosures.

2. The Product

LuckyMiner products are physical consumer electronic devices sold as micro-computing hardware for open-source protocol experimentation, hardware learning and peer-to-peer network participation. We do not sell tokens, securities, financial products, cloud hashrate contracts or managed mining services.

3. Orders and Acceptance

An order submitted through this website is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch by email. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where pricing or specification information was displayed in error, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, we refund the amount paid in full.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties, import VAT or customs clearance charges levied in the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, where offered at checkout, Bitcoin and Lightning payments. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our fulfilment centres in the United States, Europe or Hong Kong, China. Standard express transit time is 5 to 10 business days worldwide. Tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the carrier; where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it or refund it.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return an unmodified unit in its original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are borne by the customer. Contact support@luckyminer.org to obtain an RMA number before shipping anything back; returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

7. Warranty

New hardware includes a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect voltage or power supply, reverse polarity, liquid ingress, physical impact, unauthorised modification, reflashed or altered firmware, or operation outside the published environmental range.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the hardware in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws, including laws on cryptography, export controls, sanctions, telecommunications and taxation. You are solely responsible for the pool, node or software you connect the device to and for any consequence of that configuration.

9. Intellectual Property

Site content, product photography, documentation and the LuckyMiner name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source firmware components are provided under their respective licences. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in our trademarks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and for loss of profit, data, hashrate, digital assets or goodwill, arising from the operation, modification or misuse of the hardware or from any interruption of service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the hardware.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the moment you place an order governs that order.
