Privacy Policy
LuckyMiner Technology Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website and sells physical electronic hardware. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data We Collect
- Order and fulfilment data: your full name, email address, delivery address, and telephone number where required by the carrier.
- Payment data: processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may receive a transaction reference, the last four digits of a card, and the payment status.

- To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised transactions.
- To meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
- To measure and improve website performance and advertising effectiveness.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (processing your order), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (non-essential cookies and marketing, which you may withdraw at any time).
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers who need it to perform a specific function, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, IT and hosting providers, and email delivery services. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep the site functional, and analytics/advertising cookies to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential functionality may be affected.
6. Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required for warranty administration and for statutory tax and accounting periods. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@luckyminer.org; we will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, restrict internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and require our processors to maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International Transfers
We ship worldwide and work with providers in several countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
Our products and website are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
